CANCELLATION POLICY

RESCHEDULE POLICY A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the appointment cost if you cancel within the 48 hr time frame. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees. We do require a deposit of in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. When you show up, the deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations within our 48 hour policy will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit. Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
